  • LinkedIn content you submit: Text or screenshots of LinkedIn profiles that you provide for roast generation
  • Generated content: The roast lyrics and audio generated for you
  • Payment data: Processed by Polar.sh (we do not store card details)
  • Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting), browser type (analytics)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate your roast song using AI services
  • To process your payment via Polar.sh
  • To provide you with a permanent link to your generated content
  • To prevent abuse (rate limiting)
  • To improve the Service

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Polar.sh - Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
  • Anthropic (Claude) - AI for text analysis and lyrics generation
  • Suno AI - AI music generation
  • Cloudflare R2 - Image storage (for uploaded screenshots)
  • Railway - Hosting infrastructure

Each service has its own privacy policy. LinkedIn content you submit is processed by AI services to generate your roast.

5. Data Retention

  • Generated songs: Stored indefinitely at your unique URL
  • Uploaded screenshots: Stored for processing, may be deleted after 30 days
  • Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
