1. Service Description

DissConnect ("the Service") is an entertainment platform that generates AI-powered parody songs based on LinkedIn profile content provided by users. The Service is operated by Václav Mudra, IČ: 00989978 ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using DissConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Service and Payment

  • Each roast song costs $1.99 (one-time payment)
  • Payment is processed by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record
  • Upon successful payment, you receive a unique link to your generated song
  • Generated content is available indefinitely at your unique URL

4. Refund Policy

If our AI systems fail to generate your song (technical error), you will receive an automatic full refund. We do not offer refunds for successfully generated content that you are unsatisfied with, as AI-generated content is subjective.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only submit LinkedIn profiles with the knowledge and consent of the profile owner, or profiles that are publicly available
  • Use the Service for entertainment and parody purposes only
  • Not use the Service for harassment, bullying, or malicious purposes
  • Not submit content that is illegal or violates third-party rights

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Generated songs are created using AI (Claude by Anthropic and Suno AI)
  • You may share your generated song for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • We retain no ownership of the LinkedIn content you submit
  • The Service and its original content remain our property

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. Generated content is parody and satire. We are not responsible for how you use or share the generated content. AI-generated lyrics may be unpredictable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
